If you're a new client and have already scheduled an initial appointment, you will receive a link through your email to create an account on TherapyMate. This will allow you to complete all legally required paperwork to begin therapy. If you have not received the email, please check your spam/junk folder. Please contact Aspire if you are unable to locate the email and it will be sent again.
If you would like me to coordinate care with another provider (for example, your psychiatrist, primary care physician, school etc.), you can complete a form to authorize release of psychotherapy information.
